Terms & Conditions:

• We deliver video/photo work as agreed with the client.

• Revisions and edits are included as discussed; additional changes may incur extra cost.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for issues outside our control (e.g., platform restrictions or file corruption).

• Payment is required as agreed before or upon delivery.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

• Final files are delivered for client's use. LuxFrame reserves the right to use selected work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Preview versions may contain watermark or reduced quality until payment is completed.

• Each project includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra cost.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the preview.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incomplete source files.

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, partial payment may still be required.

• If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 days, the project may be considered inactive.

• Turnaround time begins once all necessary footage and information are provided by the client.

• For website creation projects, the client is responsible for purchasing and paying for the domain, hosting, Wix plan, and any other platform-related costs.

• LuxFrame reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if communication with the client becomes unproductive or inappropriate.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for copyright issues related to music, footage, or assets provided by the client.

Privacy Policy:

• Any personal data collected (name, email, message) is used solely to communicate with you and provide our services.

• We do not share or sell your information.

• By contacting us, you consent to us using your informations for service-related purposes only.
