Terms and Conditions:

• We deliver video/photo work as agreed with the client.

• Revisions and edits are included as discussed; additional changes may incur extra cost.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for issues outside our control (e.g., platform restrictions or file corruption).

• Payment is required as agreed before or upon delivery.

• Public use, publishing, or distribution of the final files is strictly prohibited until full payment has been completed.

• All rights to the final files remain with us until full payment has been completed.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

• Final files are delivered for client's use. LuxFrame reserves the right to use selected work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Preview versions may contain watermark or reduced quality until payment is completed.

• Each project includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra cost.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the preview.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incomplete source files.

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, partial payment may still be required.

• If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 days, the project may be considered inactive.

• Turnaround time begins once all necessary footage and information are provided by the client.

• LuxFrame reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if communication with the client becomes unproductive or inappropriate.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for copyright issues related to music, footage, or assets provided by the client.​

• Each client is assigned an editor and will continue working with the same editor for future projects, except in cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances. The assigned editor is responsible for the delivery and quality of their work.

• By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies to improve functionality, analyze traffic, and enhance your experience.

Website creation:

• For website creation projects, the client is responsible for purchasing and paying for the domain, hosting, Wix plan, and any other platform-related costs.

Prints:

• Products in the “Prints” section are made using 3D printing technology.

• Due to the manufacturing process, minor visual imperfections or visible layer lines may occur.

• Product colors may slightly vary depending on the material or screen settings.

• An order is confirmed after successful payment.

• The customer is responsible for providing correct information when placing an order.

• Most products are made to order.

• Production and delivery times may vary depending on the number of orders.

• LuxFrame is not responsible for shipping delays after the package has been handed over to the delivery service.

• If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

• We recommend including photos when submitting a complaint or claim.

• Returns for made-to-order products may not be possible.

• Products are not intended for use in situations where failure could cause damage or injury.

• Unless otherwise stated, products are not suitable for small children.

• All images, models, logos, and website content are protected.

• All prices are listed in EUR.

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

• Product delivery is currently available only within Slovenia.
