Terms & Conditions

1. General

1. These Terms & Conditions take precedence over conflicting discussions, messages, or verbal agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. LuxFrame provides video editing, photo editing, content creation, photography, videography, and website creation services.

3. By starting a project with LuxFrame, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Payment

1. Payment must be made as agreed before delivery or according to the agreed payment schedule.

2. Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payments become non-refundable once work has started or final files have been delivered.

4. If a project is cancelled after work has started, LuxFrame may charge for work already completed, up to the agreed project price.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

1. LuxFrame retains all rights to the work until full payment has been received.

2. After full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the final delivered files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. LuxFrame retains ownership of project files, editing timelines, templates, presets, and internal assets unless explicitly included in the agreement.

4. Final files may not be publicly published or distributed before payment has been completed.

4. Revisions

1. Each project includes up to 2 revisions, unless stated otherwise.

2. One revision includes a reasonable collection of requested changes submitted together.

3. Changes that significantly alter the original brief, style, script, or project scope may be charged separately.

4. Corrections of mistakes made by LuxFrame do not count as a revision.

5. Revision requests should be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the preview.

5. Turnaround Time

1. Standard turnaround is approximately 3 business days, depending on the service and project complexity.

2. Turnaround begins once all required materials have been received.

3. Materials received after 12:00 PM CET/CEST begin processing on the next business day.

4. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client confirms that they:

• own or have permission to use all submitted materials;

• have the necessary rights for music, footage, images, logos, and other assets;

• understand that LuxFrame is not responsible for copyright claims resulting from client-provided materials.

LuxFrame is also not responsible for problems caused by low-quality or incomplete source files.

7. Portfolio Rights

LuxFrame may showcase selected completed projects, including trial edits, in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials.

Editors may also display work in their personal portfolios with credit to LuxFrame.

If the client does not want their project featured, they must notify LuxFrame before the project begins.

8. Communication

1. If communication becomes abusive, inappropriate, or unproductive, LuxFrame may decline or terminate the project.

2. If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 days, the project may be considered inactive.

9. Website Projects

For website creation services:

• the client is responsible for purchasing and paying for domains, hosting, subscriptions, and platform-related costs unless agreed otherwise;

• the client owns the completed website content after full payment;

• LuxFrame retains ownership of reusable templates and internal assets;

• website maintenance, future updates, and additional modifications are paid services unless included in writing;

• LuxFrame is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers such as Framer, hosting providers, domain registrars, or connected third-party services.

10. Changes to These Terms

LuxFrame may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes become effective once published on this website. Existing projects remain under the version accepted when the project began unless both parties agree otherwise.

• Framer

• Zoho Mail

• Airtable

• Framer Analytics (where applicable)

These providers only receive the information necessary to provide their services on our behalf.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights

Where applicable under data protection laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us by contacting us.
