Welcome to our team

Welcome to LuxFrame

We’re excited to have you here.
LuxFrame is built around high-quality work, professionalism, consistency, and a smooth client experience. As an editor, you’re not just making videos — you’re helping build the identity and reputation of the brand.

Please read through everything carefully before starting work on projects.

Our Goal

Our goal is simple:

  • deliver high-quality work,

  • maintain a premium and organised experience,

  • communicate professionally,

  • create content that matches the client’s vision.

Every project represents LuxFrame as a brand, so consistency and attention to detail matter a lot.

Communication

Clear communication is extremely important.

Please:

  • respond within a reasonable time,

  • notify the team if delays happen,

  • be respectful and professional,

  • ask questions if something is unclear,

  • keep project discussions organized.

Good communication prevents mistakes and keeps projects running smoothly.

As part of the LuxFrame Team, you will also receive your own LuxFrame email address.

Workflow

Typical project flow:

  1. Client sends footage/assets

  2. Project gets assigned

  3. Editing begins

  4. Preview/review stage

  5. Revisions (if needed)

  6. Final delivery

Always make sure:

  • files are organised,

  • exports are correctly named,

  • deadlines are respected,

  • final files are uploaded properly.

You will get paid per video. We use PayPal or bank transfer.

File Organization

Please keep files organized at all times.

Proper organization helps:

  • avoid confusion,

  • speed up workflow,

  • prevent missing files,

  • keep projects professional and manageable.

Before Delivery

Always double-check projects before delivery:

  • audio synced correctly,

  • no missing assets,

  • no spelling mistakes,

  • no rendering glitches,

  • correct final version exported.

Taking a few extra minutes to review a project can prevent major issues later.

You should keep all raw footage, project files, and final exports for at least 14 days after delivering the project to the client, in case any revisions, re-exports, or technical issues come up.

Deadlines

Meeting deadlines is extremely important.

If something may be delayed:

  • communicate early,

  • do not disappear,

  • update the team as soon as possible.

Reliability matters just as much as editing skill.

Professionalism

Editors represent LuxFrame when working on projects.

Please:

  • respect client privacy,

  • do not leak footage/projects,

  • do not share unfinished client work publicly,

  • keep communication professional,

  • maintain quality standards.

Final Notes

We value:

  • creativity,

  • reliability,

  • consistency,

  • good communication,

  • attention to detail.

We’re building something long-term, and every editor plays an important role in that journey.
